I got tired of the dark blue background with goldish text scheme; it is now long gone. I like this new scheme a lot, which is good because every time I venture into the various regions of the web development world, I find myself struggling to figure out what things do. CSS Style Sheets for example are baffling; I had to hunt down some ready-made code to adapt. Neil Turner's excellent work was enough to get me started.
A great analogy for the site redesign process would be to liken me to one of those functional retards, you can kind of trust them to have their own apartment and get by in polite society, but the thought of them having a pet cat to take care of worries you. What I'm getting at is this: I can eventually figure out, mostly through trial and error, what needs to go where to produce a rudimentary website, but the process is arduous and very frustrating.
I'm very thankful for those gifted bastards that are willing to share templates with the webtards of the world.
With all that being said, I probably screwed something up and just haven't caught it yet. If something doesn't look right or if it doesn't work, please let me know via e-mail or comment.
In a more delicious, but unrelated note, I made some bitchin' orange chicken tonight, and when I say orange chicken I'm talking the spicy Asian kind and not some chicken a l'orange crap. In fact, it looked a lot like the picture on the right! Except my sauce was darker and more awesome. That recipe will be going up at some point, squeezed between my many posts on college football.
Get the recipe up dude. Like stat.
wow it's unrecognizable
Damn. Looks pretty slick.
Oh, and this is totally not the right post to read first thing in the morning when one has skipped breakfast.
